HIGHLAND, Utah – November 19, 2024 – ORI, creator of the AI-powered ORI Excellence Platform for supply chain success, today announced the public launch of Demand Planning, a dynamic tool for demand planners at large enterprises and mid-market product manufacturers managing complex supply chains. Previously in a limited pilot phase with select customers, Demand Planning is now a standard product feature for all ORI users.

Piloted in late 2023, Demand Planning was developed in response to customer requests and refined based on user inputs and feedback. The tool, which is part of ORI’s AI-powered software platform, is designed for major product manufacturers and mid-market companies with multi-tiered distribution models, direct-to-consumer channels, shipment forecasts based on depletion-based forecasting, and build-to-stock or build-to-order inventory models.
